I would suggest hit the gym and move some weights not shoot to be like Arnold the man but work on base strenght. I started doing that and made big improvments. I did a 20 mile open water paddle off of Wrightsvile beach about 3 week ago in the wors...
Anyone know where i can order some open palm paddling mits. it would be nice to have some so I can pull my fingers out quickly to mess with the gps, VHF, or the rope skeg, etc.

Nice trip! It has something for everyone. Wilderness setting with snow capped peaks. Huge tidal currents/waves if you want to play. Protected waters everywhere for those who simply want to enjoy the scenery! Suggest you coordinate with the Discove...
